Senior Indirect Procurement Coordinator (IT & Tech)

In your day-to-day, you will:

Lead and coordinate a team of 5 buyers (Specialist, Senior, and Mid-level), distributing demands and priorities according to technical complexity and promoting the continuous development of the team;

Report to the area management, aligning results, risk mapping, and strategic directions;

Lead the procurement strategy and the definition/implementation of category plans for Technology, Corporate Services, and Professional Services;

Monitor market trends, technological innovations, and movements of strategic and high-criticality suppliers;

Coordinate complex negotiations, sourcing processes (RFP/RFQ), renewals, and the management of recurring long-term contracts;

Systematically evaluate partner performance (SLAs, quality, deadlines, and risks) and conduct cost analyses (TCO) and benchmarking to support savings goals;

Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational, regulatory, and market risks, ensuring continuity of supply in high-impact categories;

Act in a consultative interface with internal stakeholders, translating corporate needs into effective supply strategies;

Use data and indicators to drive decision-making, propose continuous improvements, and sustain digital transformation projects in procurement processes.

To participate in our process, you need to have:

A completed higher education degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;

Consistent previous experience in Procurement (between 8 and 12 years), working in Technology, Corporate Services, and/or Professional Services categories;

At least 3 years in a coordination, leadership, or direct management position of buyer teams;

Experience in complex negotiations, strategic contract management, and relationship management with global and high-relevance suppliers;

Familiarity with Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and procurement management tools (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar);

Fluent English, indispensable for international negotiations and articulation with global partners;

Technical mastery in Category Management, structuring RFPs/RFQs, cost analysis (TCO), procurement KPIs, and risk management in contracting;

Strong analytical vision, proactive profile, relational intelligence, and the ability to influence multiple levels of stakeholders.

Differentials:

Completed postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Management;

Proficiency in Spanish;

Maturity in Category Management focused on value generation beyond savings (innovation, continuous process improvement, and reduction of exposure to corporate risks).
