College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience.

Asset languages:

• Panjabi; Punjabi.

• Prepare reports or case histories.
• Appraise clients' needs or eligibility for specific services.
• Resolve conflict situations.
• Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients.

• Assist clients/guests with special needs.
• Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations.
• Advise clients of their legal rights and all matters related to law.
• Provide expertise in response to clients needs.
• Develop methods to help victims of crime and their families.
