Job Summary Join ASG as an experienced Architect managing all project stages from concept design to construction inspections and contract administration, delivering high-quality architectural solutions with professionalism and teamwork. Responsibilities Develop architectural design proposals that align with project goals and client requirements to deliver effective solutions Execute design development processes ensuring compliance with project specifications and client expectations Verify architectural work for adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements to maintain legal and safety standards Coordinate design and technical details with engineers and specialist consultants to integrate all project elements seamlessly Prepare detailed tender drawings and specifications to facilitate accurate and competitive bidding processes Evaluate tender submissions to assess their suitability and compliance with project criteria for informed decision-making Conduct periodic on-site inspections to monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to design specifications Administer contracts by issuing instructions, managing directions, and preparing final accounts to ensure successful project completion Preferred competencies and qualifications Master of Architecture (M. Arch) from a BCA recognized university or institution Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project management; ideal candidates have 6 to 9 years of experience Proficiency in design and drafting software, including Revit and AutoCAD, to produce precise architectural documents Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and project updates to stakeholders Familiarity with PSSCOC and SIA contracts to support contract administration and ensure compliance Other Information Remuneration 13th month pay will be provided
