Job Summary

Join ASG as an experienced Architect managing all project stages from concept design to construction inspections and contract administration, delivering high-quality architectural solutions with professionalism and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design proposals to meet project goals and client requirements
• Execute design development ensuring compliance with project specifications and client expectations
• Verify and ensure all architectural work complies with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate design and technical details with engineers and specialist consultants to integrate project elements
• Prepare detailed tender drawings and specifications to support accurate bidding processes
• Evaluate tender submissions to assess suitability and compliance with project criteria
• Conduct periodic on-site inspections to monitor construction quality and adherence to design specifications
• Administer contracts by issuing instructions, managing directions, and preparing final accounts to ensure project completion

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in design and drafting software, including Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and project updates
• Familiarity with PSSCOC and SIA contracts to support contract administration and compliance
