Role Description The BIM & Architectural Technologist will work full time on-site in Lekki, contributing to the design and documentation of architectural projects from concept through construction. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing BIM models, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and producing technical and construction documentation that aligns with project requirements and standards. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to resolve design and technical issues, ensure drawing accuracy, and maintain consistency across all project documents. The BIM & Architectural Technologist will also assist in updating project records, supporting design revisions, and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

Strong foundation in Architectural Technology, with the ability to apply building science and construction principles to design and documentation. Proficiency in Technical Drawing, including accurate representation of plans, sections, elevations, and details. Experience producing Working Drawings that clearly communicate design intent and construction requirements. Ability to develop and coordinate comprehensive Architectural Drawings for residential and commercial projects. Competence in preparing Construction Drawings that meet industry standards, local codes, and project specifications. Hands-on experience with BIM software (specifically Autodesk Revit), CAD tools (specifically Autodesk AutoCAD), and relevant visualization applications. Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment. Familiarity with local building regulations and construction practices in the United states is an advantage.

The Structure & Location:

Position: BIM & Architectural technologist (Drafting, BIM & Visualization)
Location: Physical / In-Person (Lekki / Eti-Osa axis, Lagos).

Remuneration: ₦450,000 to ₦600,000 / month gross fixed salary (Commensurate with AutoCAD/Revit speed and technical depth).
Workload: Standard corporate hours (Mon–Sat, 48 hours per week).

Infrastructure Provided: You will be equipped with a high-performance rendering workstation (RTX 3070 Ti ecosystem) and a premium, uninterrupted power/internet pipeline on-site.

Core Deliverables:

Rapid-velocity 2D-to-3D CAD-to-Revit modeling.
Drafting precise, error-free Construction Documentation (CD Sets) matching strict U.S. building specifications, interior partitions, and electrical layouts.

Developing high-end interior/exterior visuals.

Mandatory Requirements:

Educational Foundation: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field, or equivalent verified practical experience.
Native Mastery: Efficient operational speed inside Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is non-negotiable.

Proficient Experience: Complete fluency in Architectural technology, with the ability to apply building science, construction technology, and assembly principles to documentation.
Location Proximity: Candidates must reside within seamless, accessible commuting distance to Lekki.

Imperial Fluency: Complete comfort producing drawings utilizing the U.S. Imperial System (Feet and fractional inches) is a massive advantage.
