Drafter (Revit Proficiency)

About the Role Archestet Group Development is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Drafter with proven expertise in Autodesk Revit to join our growing project and design team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing precise architectural and structural drawings for villa and residential complex projects, ensuring alignment with design intent, construction standards, and company quality benchmarks. This role is essential in transforming architectural concepts into accurate and buildable technical drawings that support our real estate and villa development projects across Bali.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and update detailed architectural and structural drawings using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings.
• Review and verify design specifications, measurements, and materials.
• Maintain and organize drawing files and project documentation according to company standards.
• Coordinate revisions and updates based on project requirements or design changes.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and project specifications.
• Provide 3D visualization and technical support during design presentations when required.

Qualifications

• Based in Bali is preferred, and willing to work on-site in the Canggu area.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Drafter in architecture, construction, or real estate development projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is a must; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and material specifications.
• Ability to interpret architectural concepts and translate them into precise working drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple design packages simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
