Join Archer as a Front Desk Ambassador and become the welcoming face of our San Jose headquarters. In this vital role, you will ensure a seamless, professional experience for all employees, guests, and partners by managing daily front desk operations, supporting workplace logistics, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain a high-functioning office environment. Reporting to the Head of Security, you'll help foster a positive and efficient workplace culture through hospitality, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities of this Role:

Serve as the first point of contact for investors, visitors and employees, managing check-ins and badge distribution

Coordinate with facilities, security, and other internal teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations

Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and maintain office supply inventory

Ensure the lobby and shared areas are clean, stocked, and presentable at all times

Assist in planning and executing internal meetings, events, and office-wide communications

Provide administrative support across teams including scheduling and guest logistics

Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions

Contribute to continuous improvements in office experience and workplace operations

Support onboarding processes by preparing welcome materials and workspace readiness for new hires

Collaborate with People and IT teams to resolve ad hoc needs for employees and visitors

Verify visitor identity, issue visitor badges, and enforce escort requirements for vendors/guests

Recognize and report tailgating or other physical security concerns

Serve as front-line intake for badge issues (lost/forgotten, day passes), escalating as needed

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative support role

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Google Workspace and standard office systems

Exposure to or interest in investor relations is a plus

Comfort working with access control/badge systems

Discretion handling sensitive access and visitor information

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $32.21/hr - $40.24/hr. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
