HVAC Commissioning Engineer

About the company

North West EndState Commissioning is looking for an HVAC Commissioning Engineer to work across projects in the North West.

Your tasks

You will be commissioning the air and water side on live projects, working to the commissioning specification and taking systems through to handover. The work covers air handling units, fan coil units, chilled water and heating systems, pumps, ductwork and terminal units, through balancing, performance testing and witness.

• Commissioning of air and water systems to CIBSE and BSRIA guidance
• Air balancing, volume flow measurement and ductwork leakage testing
• Water balancing, flushing, chlorination and pressure testing
• Performance testing and witness against design criteria
• Producing commissioning records, test sheets and handover documentation
• Working alongside the contractor, consultant and client representatives on site

Requirements

What you will need

• Demonstrable HVAC commissioning experience on commercial, industrial or critical projects
• CSA grading, or equivalent demonstrable experience
• Working knowledge of BS and CIBSE commissioning codes
• CSCS or ECS card
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
