Support Engineer

We are looking for an independent and resourceful IT support engineer to join our team. You will support clients using our in-house application, carry out onsite deployments and server setups, and maintain Linux and Windows servers. This role suits someone who enjoys troubleshooting, communicates well with clients, and is comfortable travelling when needed. Key Responsibilities Provide end-user support to clients for our in-house application Perform onsite deployment and server setups Set up and maintain Linux and Windows servers Requirements Diploma or NITEC in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience Preferably 1 year of experience managing Linux or Windows servers Basic SQL knowledge Independent, with good communication skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Willing to travel What We Offer Family-friendly work-life balance HR policies Five-day work week
