Senior IDM Cybersecurity Consultant[M/F]

Your tasks

• Designing architecture and comprehensive implementation of solutions based on NetIQ Identity Manager (Micro Focus/OpenText).
• Acting as a technical leader in implementation projects.
• Designing role and permission models (RBAC/ABAC), access policies, and business logic.
• Integrating IDM solutions with clients' IT systems and infrastructure.
• Providing technical consultancy and supporting clients in optimizing identity management processes.
• Preparing and verifying technical documentation.
• Collaborating with IT teams, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IAM/IDM area, including practical experience with NetIQ Identity Manager.
• Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing NetIQ IDM drivers.
• Knowledge of NetIQ eDirectory, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP.
• Experience in integrations using SQL, API, or SCIM.
• Practical knowledge of DirXML, Java, PowerShell, or JavaScript technologies.
• Ability to design and implement solutions in complex corporate environments.
• Independence, analytical skills, and good communication skills.
• English language at a minimum B2 level.

• NetIQ / Micro Focus / OpenText certifications.
• Security certifications, e.g., CISSP or CISA.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as NIST, ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, or RODO.
