Product Analyst (AI|ML) [M/F]

Your tasks

• Analyzing transactional data and merchant information for quality, correctness, and consistency.
• Monitoring product quality and identifying errors, inconsistencies, and areas requiring improvement.
• Using SQL, spreadsheets, and analytical tools for data analysis and report preparation.
• Testing and validating product functionality, including changes in data processing logic, deployments, and migrations.
• Classifying and labeling data (data labeling) used for training Machine Learning models.
• Verifying results generated by AI models, identifying classification errors and edge cases.
• Analyzing ML model quality using metrics such as precision, recall, accuracy, F1-score, and confusion matrix.
• Collaborating with Product, Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Documenting analysis results, tests, and recommendations regarding data and product quality improvement.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role.
• Very strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independence in problem-solving.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience in data quality analysis, testing, validation, or verification of business rules.
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning and AI concepts, particularly data classification and model validation.
• Ability to identify root causes of errors and present findings in an understandable way.
• Very good command of English, enabling fluent communication in an international environment.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams and a flexible approach to changing priorities.
