Purchasing Technician

Location: MRO Solutions Offices, Centro Comercial Las Cascadas, San Salvador Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:48 p.m. Duration: 6-month temporary contract Salary: $1,000 monthly Modality: On-site

REQUISITOS

• Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a buyer.
• Experience in purchasing and supplier management, preferably international.
• Knowledge of sourcing processes and purchase order tracking.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

• Perform quotations for aeronautical materials with suppliers.
• Analyze quotations and manage the placement of purchase orders.
• Follow up on open purchase orders until delivery is completed.
• Manage and resolve discrepancies that may arise during the purchasing process.
• Maintain constant communication with suppliers to ensure compliance with required specifications and timelines.
• Be responsible for the complete purchase order cycle, from quotation, placement, and follow-up, to the closing of the order in the system.
• Identify, manage, and resolve any issues that arise during the different stages of the process.
