We are looking for a Project control engineer M/F for the construction of an electric furnace. The Project Controls engineer is responsible for the development, monitoring, and optimization of project schedules as well as progress measurement systems. The position requires experience in Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Primavera P6, and emerging AI-based schedule optimization tools. Your main missions:

• Schedule development: Preparation and monitoring of EPC/EPCM schedules (levels 1-3) with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• AWP implementation: Support in the creation of CWA2, CWP3, EWP4, and IWP5.
• AI optimization: Schedule risk analysis and scenario simulation.
• Progress monitoring: S-curves, resource histograms, reporting.
• Cost/schedule integration: EVM6 analysis.
• Risk and delay analysis: critical path and impact analyses.
• Data analysis: Excel, Power BI, Python.
• Change management and executive reporting.

Profile sought:

• 2 to 5 years in project controls/planning.
• AWP experience.
• Good mastery of Primavera P6.
• AI knowledge (desired).
• Power BI / Python experience.
• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• AWP certification desired.
• AI training desired.
• English level B2.
