Your main missions: Within their area of specialty, bring the line process under control as a whole (build ad hoc dashboards, define OSP alarms, audit the effectiveness of process control tools) Analyze process or installation drifts in detail to propose improvement actions to operators (evolution of standards, operating points, maintenance plan, instrumentation) Provide expertise to resolve complex problems or crises, by participating in or leading the associated Working Groups Lead process modifications or process parameter changes related to their area of specialty, in compliance with current change management procedures and in connection with operators (manufacturing, quality, maintenance, etc.) and ensure support until the transfer of ownership to the manufacturers Lead projects within their area of specialty related to department/site orientations and ensure support until the transfer of ownership to operators Participate in sharing forums/communities or conduct benchmarks to identify and deploy best practices and/or technologies applicable to their sector and develop process knowledge within their scope Analyze process performance, identify areas for improvement, contribute to the preparation of technical ratio budgets, and propose progress actions within their scope Within their area of specialty, design or validate Process standards Within their area of specialty, design or validate training materials intended for operators and deliver them in collective sessions When necessary within the scope, manage supply or subcontracting contracts having an impact on the process
