Context / challenges: The mission of the Digital Transformation Department (DTD) is to improve the operational performance of the ArcelorMittal France cluster by integrating new technologies at every level of the company and in the major projects of the coming years: producing "green" steel by decarbonizing our manufacturing processes or starting new production lines for electrical steels for the wind turbine or electric car markets, for example. The challenge is to move from Informatization to Digitalization: Augmented reality, Big data, IoT… while supporting our employees through the change management associated with this transformation. This transformation enables results in terms of reliability, quality, and environmental performance, but also the reduction of our costs and the improvement of our competitiveness, and therefore our commercial performance.

Our Digital Process Automation Department is one of the five departments of the Digital Transformation Department, with two main missions:

• Maintain and evolve the information systems of our manufacturing processes
• Implement innovative digital solutions on our manufacturing tools such as pilot cockpits, the deployment of IoT or even autonomous vehicles, but more globally deploy Industry 4.0 in our plants.

Missions: Within the Digital Process Automation department, as an IT developer M/F, your responsibilities will be to:

Take charge of an operational part (responsibility for applications) Analyze production and process problems, share them and propose improvements on IT solutions to the various internal and external suppliers Participate in the analysis of maintenance requirements to improve reliability and fault forecasting using IT program logic Take charge of evolution requests on existing tools With the digital transformation project teams Participate in functional analyses / drafting project specifications Develop and test IT programs to meet specifications in compliance with programming standards and the recommendations of our DevOps team. Platform acceptance testing and industrial commissioning The project part will take place in our Digital Labs with our teams in charge of deploying digital, innovative solutions resolutely focused on Industry 4.0. Work in close collaboration with the lead of each project/subject, in synergy with the other DTD departments, the project coordinator of the relevant department, as well as the manufacturing and maintenance teams.

If it were YOU? With a Master's degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science or equivalent, ideally you have experience in the industrial field, but if you are a motivated beginner and ready to share our digital transformation, you are welcome. You must imperatively have a fluent level of English and master the IT development tools C++ , C# and ANGULAR. Endowed with qualities of rigor, organization, and a good ability to synthesize, you also have excellent interpersonal skills. Your team spirit and communication skills will be success factors in this position.
