COMMUNICATION AND INSTITUTIONAL RELATIONS ANALYST
Responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating strategic internal communication projects and programs at the Tuper unit of ArcelorMittal, contributing to strengthening organizational communication and employee engagement, aligned with the guidelines of the Aços Planos segment and integrated with other units of the Group. Acts in the dissemination of information, support for business initiatives, enhancement of organizational culture, and promotion of alignment between leaders, teams, and corporate strategies.
Responsibilities and assignments Support the management of Communication and Institutional Relations, safeguarding the image, reputation, and visual identity of the brand; Plan, coordinate, and execute internal communication projects, strategic campaigns, and internal corporate events; Produce and manage textual and visual content for internal communication portals: intranet, webmail, etc.; Manage contracts and service providers in the area, monitoring execution and quality of work; Monitor the company's image and reputation, proposing action plans and continuous improvements; Conduct interest surveys with the internal audience; Support company areas in the development of internal communication initiatives, acting in the production of content, campaigns, events, and strategic projects, focusing on employee engagement and alignment.
Requirements and qualifications Completed higher education in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Administration, or related fields; Intermediate/advanced level English.
Desirable: Experience in planning and executing communication and marketing projects; Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Strategic vision, critical sense, and analytical capacity to support decision-making.
