Steligence is an innovative construction concept from ArcelorMittal, focused on the development of efficient, sustainable, and high-performance structural solutions for the modern construction industry. The Steligence® Fabrication Center is a specialized organization for project management and supply chain coordination, successfully realizing steel construction and structural solutions. As an interface between customers, production plants, and subcontractors, the Fabrication Center manages the entire project lifecycle – from material procurement and manufacturing to logistics and project completion.

To strengthen our team in Sanem, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager (m/f/d). In this key position, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle of your projects – from material procurement and order placement through manufacturing, logistics, and delivery to invoicing. Through close cooperation with production plants, subcontractors, and customers, you will ensure that deadlines, milestones, budgets, and customer requirements are successfully met.

Your Tasks

• Management of projects from order receipt through manufacturing and delivery to invoicing.
• Review of project documentation, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Coordination of production plants, subcontractors, logistics service providers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitoring of project progress, costs, risks, and profitability.
• Management of customer requirements, change requests, and all project communication.
• Ensuring successful project completion, including invoicing and financial follow-up.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to operational excellence.
• Handling complaints and non-conformities in cooperation with internal stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification in engineering, industrial management, supply chain management, logistics, construction, or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, order processing, supply chain coordination, or a comparable industrial environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong customer orientation as well as excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Commercial understanding and confident handling of project KPIs and economic analyses.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Business fluent German and English skills; French skills are an advantage.
• Team-oriented personality with a proactive and solution-oriented way of working.
• Willingness for occasional business travel (< 10 %).
