ArcelorMittal Long products Luxembourg is looking for the Supply Chain department: A Raw Materials Procurement and Logistics Coordinator.

This position is available as a temporary mission or a CDD.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational management and monitoring of scrap raw material flows (rail, road, waterway) to guarantee the supply of the sites.
• Manage stock levels, analyze needs, and implement the necessary actions to secure supplies.
• Plan and coordinate procurement in collaboration with suppliers, carriers, and operational teams.
• Ensure the performance monitoring of logistics flows, suppliers, and carriers through appropriate indicators.
• Participate in operational meetings and ensure communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes, costs, lead times, and the overall performance of the supply chain.
• Carry out any mission or analysis related to their area of responsibility and the needs of the department.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP
• Analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Good level of professional English, German is a plus

Authority

• Make the operational decisions necessary for procurement management in compliance with current procedures.
• Coordinate the actions of the various stakeholders involved in raw material flows.

Relations

• Reporting to the Head of Master Planning.
• In functional relationship with the scrap yard, logistics, purchasing, suppliers, carriers, and external service provider teams.
