We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, import/export activities, and inventory management to ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in manufacturing supply chains, capable of driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the company's growth objectives.

Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the company’s supply chain strategy in alignment with business objectives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Establish and monitor departmental KPIs, budgets, and performance targets.

Participate in senior management discussions and contribute to business planning and decision-making.

Procurement & Supplier Management Lead sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities.

Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to achieve the best value.

Develop supplier performance metrics and ensure reliable supply continuity.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through effective sourcing strategies.

Planning & Inventory Control Manage demand planning, material planning, and inventory optimization.

Ensure availability of materials to support production and project requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and implement actions to reduce excess and obsolete stock.

Improve forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.

Logistics & Warehousing Oversee warehouse operations, transportation, and distribution activities.

Optimize logistics networks and freight costs while maintaining service levels.

Ensure inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Monitor inbound and outbound shipment performance.

Import & Export Management Manage customs clearance, shipping documentation, and international logistics.

Ensure compliance with Egyptian regulations and international trade requirements.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities.

Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

Build succession plans and identify development opportunities.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Education Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Experience 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Operations.

Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Manufacturing, industrial, steel, engineering, or project-based industry experience is highly preferred.

Proven experience managing procurement, planning, logistics, and warehousing functions.

Technical Skills Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, ERP+, or similar).

Advanced analytical and reporting skills.

Strong understanding of import/export regulations and international logistics.
