Monitoring platform performance, user feedback, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Establishing governance frameworks, documentation standards, and operating procedures that support sustainable global growth
Leading cross-functional initiatives that connect commercial processes, technology solutions, and business objectives across regions and channels

Growing team capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and the development of subject matter expertise across the sales technology landscape
Are you our next Manager, Sales Tools & Technology? You have completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, Commerce, or a related discipline
You have 7+ years of experience supporting business operations, commercial technology, sales enablement, business systems, program management, or a related field
You have experience leading technology-enabled business initiatives from, strategy, concept through implementation and adoption
You have experience managing people and developing high-performing teams
You have experience managing third-party vendors, technology partners, and strategic business relationships
You possess strong business acumen and can connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes
You have strong project and program management capabilities, including managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives
You are highly effective at translating complex business requirements into practical and scalable solutions
You have strong analytical skills and use data to inform decisions
You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement

Compensation: The salary range for this role is: CAD$108,000 -CAD$142,000
