Here is what you will do as a Product Guide at Arc’teryx: | As a Product Guide at Arc’teryx, here’s what you’d be doing: Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to our guests by sharing your technical product knowledge and helping them solve problems.

Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and seamlessly weave this information into guest interactions in an authentic way.

Promote Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador, both in-store and in the community.

Develop your passions in-store and out-of-store with the support of the team.

Contribute to improving the guest experience by working with the store leadership team on brand projects and initiatives.

Provide feedback on visual merchandising and the in-store experience to help drive sales.

Maintain an open and collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership.

Assist with and participate in various in-store tasks, as assigned by the leadership team.

Answer store phones, voicemails, and emails; occasionally, this may include responding on regional social media.

Use the Point-of-Sale system to accurately and efficiently process guest transactions, including warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns.

The Store Manager determines availability needs (in partnership with the Regional Manager), and this schedule may include a combination of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
