Analyst, Business Process

Providing analytical and administrative support across process initiatives, contributing to execution and follow-through

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future: Supporting the rollout of standardized processes by documenting workflows, mapping current and future states, and ensuring clarity in how work is executed across the organization

Partnering with Technology and Data & Analytics to help validate data and system requirements that support process execution and decision-making

Taking on greater ownership of process analysis and documentation as your skills and business knowledge grow

Contributing to cross-functional process improvement projects that connect supply chain operations to broader organizational change

Are you our next Analyst, Business Process? You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field

You have 3-5+ years of experience in business process, process improvement, or a relevant supply chain or operations role

You have a working understanding of process improvement methods and a conceptual grasp of how processes and systems connect

You are an analytical thinker and problem-solver, comfortable working with data and translating findings into clear, useful outputs

You are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive about maintaining the quality and accuracy of the work you own

You communicate clearly and follow through on your commitments, bringing a reliable and execution-focused approach to your work

You are a strong team player and collaborator, willing to support across workstreams and contribute wherever you are needed

Compensation: The salary range for this role is CAD$82,000 - CAD$108,000
