Graphic Designer

About the company

ARC Global Network is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer. You will work closely with creative directors, strategists, copywriters, and content teams to develop branding systems, campaign visuals, motion graphics, and social-first creative assets for multiple brands across different industries.

Your tasks

• Develop and execute visual concepts for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communications.
• Translate creative briefs into visually appealing, engaging, and effective designs.
• Ensure consistency in brand visual identity across various platforms and communication materials.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative, Content, and Account teams in brainstorming, conceptual development, and creative execution.
• Adapt and optimize designs for various formats, platforms, and media.
• Support the development of campaign visuals, key visuals, promotional materials, and event collateral.
• Organize and maintain design assets, templates, working files, and creative references.
• Stay informed about emerging design trends, visual communication practices, and developments in social media.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related creative field.
• Strong visual aesthetics and a solid understanding of composition, typography, and layout.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming concepts into distinctive and impactful visual designs.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, social media, and pop culture.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Open to constructive feedback, adaptable to change, and committed to continuous learning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant creative work is required.
