PROJECT MANAGER
Your tasks
As a Project Control Manager, you will lead project control activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and comply with regulations. You will coordinate teams, monitor progress, analyze performance data, and implement risk mitigation strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Oversee and manage project control activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
- Coordinate with project teams to align schedules, budgets, and resources for effective project execution
- Monitor project progress and analyze complex performance metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and enhance outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and permitting requirements throughout project lifecycle
- Utilize project management software such as Microsoft Project and AutoCAD to schedule, budget, and report project status
- Apply project management methodologies and tools for scheduling, cost control, change management, and risk mitigation
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives and maintain high performance under pressure
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to foster collaboration and resolve project issues
- Adapt to changing project requirements and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Navigate Singapore road routes and operate forklifts safely, holding a Class 4 and forklift license
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Master’s degree or professional certification such as PMP or PMI-SP
- Over 10 years of proven experience in project control and project management
