Your tasks

Promotion and sale of own wines: lead the direct sales strategy for Casa Vilaró labels, advising and conveying the differential of our wines to each diner or visitor.

Provide tastings focused on introducing and selling our wines.

Provide personalized advice to customers on the ideal pairing, driving cross-selling and the positioning of the house brand.

Control stock, perform periodic inventories of the cellar, and maintain the display of products within the dining room.

Design, update, and manage the establishment's general wine list, prominently integrating our line of own wines.

Requirements

Periodically train dining room staff on the characteristics of Casa Vilaró wines and consultative sales techniques. -Requirements- Minimum education: Technical/Professional Education 2 years of experience Languages: English, Portuguese
