Event Staff
Key Responsibilities 2.1 Event Execution • Work with the veterinary team, partners, and relevant departments to organize various activities. • Plan and set up event booths in collaboration with various branches regularly according to the work plan, on both weekdays and weekends. • Personally handle the transportation, set-up, and tear-down of event booths neatly and punctually. • Coordinate with relevant departments (branches, marketing, veterinarians) to procure necessary personnel and equipment for each activity. • Manage holidays and travel expenses for off-site activities in accordance with company regulations. 2.2 Lead Generation & Conversion • Collect information from pet owners participating in activities to continuously build a new customer base, focusing on data accuracy and completeness. • Forward information to the marketing team or appointment team as quickly as possible after the activity ends to avoid missing customer follow-up opportunities. • Closely drive and monitor the quality of the new customer base to ensure efficient appointments with customers. • Play a proactive role in driving the new customer base to continuously utilize services at the hospital. 2.3 Customer Experience • Provide accurate information and recommendations regarding the basic services of the animal hospital to activity participants, including both Thai and foreign customers. • Create a good experience and a positive first impression for customers in every activity. 2.4 Reporting & Analysis • Monitor performance, prepare an Event Recap for each activity, and create systematic monthly summary reports. • Suggest ways to improve the format and area of activities based on past result data.
Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in fields related to marketing activities, sales, or customer service (outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Bachelor's degree in any field. Good personality, strong communication skills, confident in approaching people, and resourceful in handling immediate situations. Willingness to learn about the animal hospital's information and services to provide accurate and confident information to interested parties. Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing reports and databases. Flexible with time; able to work off-site, on weekends, and assist in the manual transportation/set-up of booth equipment.
