We are looking for curious, interested, and analytical personalities with a pioneering spirit who take responsibility and manage our service provider network to shape the future of the legal market with us!

• You manage, coordinate, and develop our network of legal service providers, LegalTechs, and other cooperation partners, including specialized mediation providers
• You actively drive the strategic further development of alternative legal services as an integral part of our portfolio and contribute to establishing innovative and customer-oriented solutions - in doing so, you are familiar with Legal Products
• You continuously observe market trends surrounding LegalTech, AI, and new service models, analyze trends, and derive concrete areas for action from them
• You actively participate in the conception, further development, and implementation of Legal Products in close cooperation with interdisciplinary project teams from specialist departments, product management, IT, and Data Analytics
• You support our partners holistically: operationally, qualitatively, and strategically - at eye level and with a view to sustainable further development
• You analyze data, develop KPIs, and use insights specifically to optimize processes and services
• You actively integrate AI into our way of working, identify application areas, and enable colleagues in how to use it
• You act as a central interface between operational units, sales, specialist departments, and external partners and ensure clear, solution-oriented communication
• You are enthusiastic about the legal market, especially technological developments such as LegalTech and AI
• You have a strong affinity for data and can use data specifically to design better decisions and processes
• You have experience with or a great interest in data analysis, KPIs, and data-based working
• You enjoy working with AI tools, try out new things, and enjoy inspiring and empowering others to do so
• You have completed a degree in law or business administration or a comparable qualification
• You communicate clearly, solution-oriented, and at eye level
• You are strong in negotiation, organized, and maintain an overview even in complex situations
• You are a team player with initiative and ideally bring project experience
• You work in a structured, creative, and independent manner
• You enjoy international exchange and speak English well
