COOK

We are looking for an independent, experienced Canteen Cook to manage a station in our food stall at migrant workers recreation club. We have openings for a main cook specializing in Indian cuisine. This is a regular 10am–10pm shift . Key Responsibilities Independent Cooking:  Manage the station alone, handling food prep, cooking, and cleanup. Quality Dishes:  Cook delicious, high-quality meals catering to shipyard volume. Station Hygiene:  Maintain strict cleanliness of the cooking area and utensils. Job Requirements Experience:  10+ years as a Main Cook (no assistant cooks or parotta masters). Cuisine:  Strong expertise in Indian cooking(North Indian)  only. Certification:  Valid  Food Safety Course Level 1  certificate. Schedule:  Able to work the 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift independently. Salary & Eligibility Salary Range:  SGD 3,800 – SGD 4,900 per month (based on experience level) Eligibility:  Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) are welcome to apply
