Job Description The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities and supporting the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. The role ensures accurate and timely execution of HR processes, maintenance of employee records, effective employee support, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily HR operations and ensure the smooth execution of HR processes.

Handle employee joining formalities, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.

Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR forms, letters, and other employee documentation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR records.

Update employee information on HR systems and ensure data accuracy.

Monitor employee attendance, working hours, leaves, and related records.

Follow up on probation periods, contract renewals, and other employee lifecycle activities.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and HR services.

Support managers and employees in resolving day-to-day HR-related issues.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and consistently applied.

Coordinate with relevant departments regarding employee movements, new joiners, resignations, and other HR transactions.

Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and pre-employment documentation when required.

Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new employees complete all required documentation and formalities.

Support the performance appraisal process and follow up on completion of appraisal activities.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with company policies and applicable labor requirements.

Support HR audits and provide required employee records and documentation.

Identify HR operational issues and support the implementation of process improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field .

3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a similar HR role.

Good knowledge of employee lifecycle and HR administration processes.

Good understanding of attendance, leave, contracts, onboarding, and employee records.

Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR regulations.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience with HRIS or ERP systems is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines.
