Junior / Fresh Graduate Production Engineer
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate Production Engineer with a background in Mechatronics to join our manufacturing team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for an engineering graduate eager to build a hands-on career in modern industrial production, automated systems, and shop floor management. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing production processes, ensuring that our manufacturing lines operate at peak efficiency, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Shop Floor Supervision: Monitor daily production activities and assembly lines to ensure compliance with production schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Process Optimization: Assist in identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, and improving cycle times using Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
Automation & Maintenance Support: Leverage your mechatronics background to troubleshoot, maintain, and support automated machinery, PLCs, sensors, and electro-mechanical systems alongside the maintenance team.
Data Tracking & Reporting: Collect and analyze shift production data, downtime logs, and output metrics to prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Control team to monitor product defects, investigate root causes of operational failures, and implement corrective actions.
Standard Operating Procedures: Help update and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety checklists for manufacturing workstations.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with the planning, procurement, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth material flow and minimal equipment downtime.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: Fresh graduate (0 to 1 year of experience; relevant graduation projects, factory internships, or student manufacturing activities will be given strong preference).
Technical Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of automation, electrical circuits, mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC logic.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel for data tracking). Familiarity with ERP systems or CAD/simulation software is a plus.
Language Skills: Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
