Domestic Sales supervisor– Door Accessories & Locks

We are seeking a results-oriented, proactive Domestic Sales supervisor to manage and expand our domestic trade distribution channels for our door accessories and locks portfolio. In this hands-on individual contributor role, you will be directly responsible for driving sales targets, expanding distribution among hardware wholesalers and retailers, and strengthening commercial presence across trade markets without team management duties. Key Responsibilities Achieve individual sales quotas and revenue targets across traditional wholesale, dealer networks, and retail hardware merchants. Map trade zones and onboard new retail hardware shops, lock/accessory distributors, and carpentry trade outlets. Execute structured daily field visits across commercial markets to ensure high product placement, shelf share, and stock turnover. Negotiate commercial deals, discounts, periodic trade incentives, and payment terms in line with company commercial guidelines. Manage customer collection schedules and monitor aging receivables to ensure timely cash collection. Coordinate order fulfillment, stock availability, and dispatch directly with warehouse and supply chain teams. Track market price points, competitor promotions, and merchant feedback across the door locks and accessories segment .

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience: 4–7 years of direct field sales experience in wholesale and dealer trade distribution within the local market.

Regional Experience: Proven field sales track record and market experience within the East Delta & Canal Zone regions (e.g., Sharqia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia, and Suez) is strongly preferred.

Role Nature: Hands-on individual contributor with a proven ability to achieve personal quotas and independently open new dealer accounts.

Industry Focus: Direct sales background in door accessories and locking systems (mortise locks, rim locks, cylinders, handles, hinges, and padlocks).

Network: Strong existing relationships and network among hardware wholesalers, lock retailers, and trade merchants (especially within East Delta and Suez/Canal commercial hubs).

Skills: Commercial negotiation, territory routing, customer acquisition, and collections follow-up.

Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with modern ERP systems.

Mobility: Valid Egyptian driver’s license and readiness for daily field travel across target trade routes.
