Automation Design Technician (M/F)

Your missions:

• Perform the fine-tuning of standard or specific machines in the workshop, then ensure their installation and validation at the client's site.
• Verify the compliance of equipment according to the plans and recommendations of the Bureau d'Études (mechanical and electrical).
• Commission electrical cabinets and boxes, and proceed with functional tests.
• Program and configure automates, safety automates, variateurs, Homme-Machine interfaces, and industrial networks.
• Perform pneumatic and mechanical adjustments to guarantee the proper functioning of the machines.
• Test and optimize programs as well as user interfaces, and supervise commissioning on-site.
• Write technical documentation and quality documents, and train the client on the use of the equipment. Your profile:

Minimum Bac+3 in génie électrique, automatisme, or mécatronique, with experience on machines spéciales. Versatile, capable of managing electrical and pneumatic wiring as well as mechanical adjustments. Mastery of Machine Expert/SoMachine, TIA Portal, or Twincat3. Knowledge of variateurs (Lenze, Schneider, Stöber) and régulations (PID) is appreciated. English B2/C1 required.
