Maritime Transit Agent M/F

Aquila RH St Romain de Colbosc, a recruitment player for CDI, CDD, and Interim, is looking for a Maritime Transit Agent M/F for one of its clients, based on the outskirts of Le Havre, in order to strengthen the existing teams.

Your missions

• Ensure the operational processing of import/export files in compliance with internal operating procedures, specific client procedures (SOP), and international transport regulations.
• Act as the interface between internal departments and external partners.
• Ensure responses to electronic messages received in a professional manner and within the shortest possible timeframes.
• You have an obligation of discretion and confidentiality.

Profile sought

You have proven experience in the function of transit agent of at least 2 years. You have knowledge in the international transport sector, mastery of incoterms, and an operational level of English. You know how to demonstrate autonomy, team spirit, dynamism, and pro-activity. You have the ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. English reading/writing, oral recommended
