Transit Agent M/F

Aquila RH St Romain de Colbosc, a recruitment player for CDI, CDD and Interim, is looking for a Transit Agent M/F for one of its clients, based in Le Havre, to strengthen the existing teams.

Your missions

As part of your mission, you will be responsible for:

• Organizing transport, delivery, or collection
• Transmitting information to customs, transmitting transport documents
• Managing and transmitting the documentary set
• Confirming delivery to the client via the operating system (after making an appointment) and after verifying any potential cash payment, and receipt of a necessary transfer before delivery depending on the account status
• Participating in the resolution of customer complaints and participating in the preparation of customer reportings
• Ensuring proper management of costs and purchases in a logic of margin optimization and operational efficiency
• Working in collaboration with subcontractors in a logic of continuous improvement

Profile sought

With a Bac +2/3 degree in international commerce or transport, you have at least 2 years of experience in the same position. You have knowledge in the international transport sector, mastery of incoterms and an operational level of English.
