Project Manager for AQ Plast AB in Västerås
We at AQ Plast are now looking for a Process Technical Project Manager who enjoys a fast pace, thrives in a production environment, and likes working in a company where decision-making paths are short.
Work Tasks In your role as Process Technical Project Manager, you are primarily responsible for improvement and automation projects in our production. You are also responsible for leading our tool projects both technically and economically. We have a strong team around you with long experience in Technology, Market, Purchasing, and the Injection Molding process. In the role of project manager, you are part of our Technical Group and report to Site Manager Marie Sannes.
Who do we think you are? We are looking for you with experience in technical project management, improvement measures, and follow-up documentation. You have experience leading a team and following a schedule, as well as following up on the economic aspect of the project. Knowledge within robotization/automation is a merit, and you should have a natural interest in technology. You probably also see yourself as something of a leader and feel confident in most groups.
Your environment sees you as a focused person, and you have previously been told that you are good at getting employees to collaborate in teams. Perhaps you have also received comments that you have qualities such as being creative and quick to learn. Finally, we believe it is important that you are a "hands-on person," someone who dares to act!
You are proficient in English, both orally and in writing, as we often have contact with suppliers and customers all over the world.
