Responsibilities

Your new challenge at our site in Eigeltingen:

• Visual inspection and dimensional evaluation of injection-molded plastic parts regarding specification and drawing requirements
• Specification testing of injection-molded plastic parts during changes, samples, tool optimizations, and tool transfers
• Visual inspection and dimensional evaluation of purchased parts and first samples
• Documentation of results from specification testing
• Coordination and documentation of tool and first sample approvals
• Statistical evaluation of process capability studies
• Development, definition, and determination of measurement strategies and measurement methods
• Development and procurement of measuring and testing equipment as well as carrying out measuring equipment qualification
• Creation and management of measurement programs
• Collaboration in the creation of test plans, testing regulations, and workflows

Requirements Profile

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical vocational training and professional experience in the field of metrology – ideally in the plastics processing industry
• Specialist knowledge in the field of tactile and optical metrology
• Structured, goal-oriented, and independent way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good English skills
