HVAC Supervisor

Apt Resources is looking for a qualified HVAC supervisor to join a reputed, well-established facility management company in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee HVAC maintenance operations, lead and coordinate technical teams, and ensure the efficient performance and reliability of HVAC systems across assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lead and monitor HVAC technicians to ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of split, VRF, and chilled water-based HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure HVAC equipment operates efficiently.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure work orders are completed on time.
• Diagnose technical issues and guide technicians in resolving complex HVAC problems.
• Coordinate with other facility management departments to ensure smooth building operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and monitor team performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field.
• At least five years of experience as an HVAC supervisor in the UAE.
• Previous experience supervising HVAC technicians or maintenance teams in the facility management industry.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on familiarity with split, VRF, and chilled water-based HVAC systems.
• Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and supervise maintenance operations.
• Valid UAE manual driving licence is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
