Technician - Civil Engineering (without specialization)

Our client, an established engineering company in the field of structural planning, manages technically demanding building construction projects in Vienna and the surrounding area. These are your tasks:

• Conception and development of economical and innovative structural solutions using modern 3D planning tools
• Creation of structural-constructive calculations as well as optimization of existing load-bearing structures
• Coordination and cooperation with internal and external project participants
• Responsibility for compliance with quality, deadline, and cost targets, including plan review and technical inspections
• Ensuring high professional standards and structured project processes
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a small planning team

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in Civil Engineering (FH or university)
• Several years of professional experience in structural planning in building construction
• Very good knowledge of common structural and BIM software, e.g., SCIA Engineer, Autodesk Revit or comparable programs
• Knowledge of other subject-specific calculation tools is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good English skills as well as confident handling of MS Office
• Strong leadership competence and a hands-on mentality
