Infrastructure Supervisor - Administrative offices zone 1

Plan, coordinate, supervise, and control technically and administratively the Association's infrastructure projects, ensuring the correct execution of new works, expansions, remodeling, and maintenance in the 23 institutional sites (hospitals, clinics, and administrative offices), guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, safety, current health sector regulations, approved budget, and established deadlines, in order to contribute to the strengthening, sustainability, and proper functioning of the institutional infrastructure.

Develop and follow up on work plans for construction, expansion, and remodeling projects in the various sites.

o Supervise the physical execution of the works, ensuring compliance with designs, technical specifications, and approved scopes.

Perform periodic technical visits to hospitals, clinics, and administrative offices to verify progress and work conditions.

• 5 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Knowledge: Coordination capacity, Quality, Infrastructure, Supervision, Execution
