Aprisium is a Singapore-based deep tech startup delivering IoT-enabled real-time, rapid, contamination monitoring solutions across Utilities, Tech Industries, Data Centres etc, . With rapid expansion across ASEAN, Japan and Scandinavia, we are seeking motivated finance professionals to join our mission-driven team and contribute to business growth and environmental sustainability.

Your tasks

The Finance Executive will oversee everyday accounting operations, reporting, statutory compliance, and audit support. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights, and supporting strategic and operational decision-making in a dynamic, multi-country startup environment.

• Manage full-set accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform business decisions.
• Assist with statutory filings, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns, corporate tax filings based on company profits, and personal income tax as required.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Handle bank-related matters and support tax reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, providing financial guidance and supporting business initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CPA or pursuing certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in DeepTech, technology, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of full-set accounting and statutory compliance in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Odoo/Xero is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
