APRIL - Insurance Administrator (M/F)
You will join APRIL INTERNATIONAL CARE FRANCE, a subsidiary of the APRIL group (www.april.com), specializing in international health insurance. AICF supports more than 180,000 people across the world in their professional or personal projects. Analysis, case management and coordination - Study coverage requests (planned or emergency hospitalization)
Analyze medical elements, quotes and cost estimates Verify the eligibility of guarantees in relation to contracts Make decisions in connection with medical teams Coordinate exchanges with policyholders, healthcare establishments, international partners Organize coverage modalities: guarantee of payment, alternative solutions (pre-payment, agents, etc.) Ensure complete case follow-up (from request to closure)
Ensure case follow-up (mostly via email and calls)
Support policyholders in sometimes sensitive situations Manage requests, follow-ups and potential coverage refusals This opportunity is to fill as reinforcement within the existing team.
