YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS:

Reporting to the IT department, you will intervene as MOA (Maîtrise d'Ouvrage) on the implementation of our new back-office tool. This strategic project involves strong support for business units and the optimization of existing tools.

• Collect and formalize the expression of needs from business teams
• Build and manage the planning of test campaigns.
• Write and execute test cases in Excel
• Design support materials and operating procedures in English to assist users
• Ensure training and support for employees on the new tool
• Exchange with our team in Asia to ensure proper project coordination

This opportunity is available as a 6-month CDD starting from September 2026. Integrated into our IPMI IS transformation project team, you will join our Parisian team.

Upon your arrival, you will benefit from an integration process to facilitate your onboarding.

• Bilingual English level: regular exchanges with the team in Asia and writing documents in English
• Mastery of Excel: Pivot Tables, IF functions
• Mastery of Python and SQL
• Technical and functional curiosity
