Daily tasks

• Verifying business requirements for completeness, consistency, and technical feasibility, and translating them into system, integration, and non-functional requirements.
• Independently conducting system analysis as part of solution design, excellent communication with business and technical roles.
• Describing system logic, algorithms, validations, business rules, edge cases, as well as modeling data, entities, relations, and logical data models.
• Identifying source systems and data owners, verifying the availability of required data in source systems, and preparing integration specifications, API contracts, Kafka message structures, and field mappings.
• Determining error handling, retries, timeouts, logging, and monitoring methods.
• Defining requirements regarding security, data integrity, availability, SLA, performance, backup, and infrastructure.
• Collaborating with the Architect on detailing architectural assumptions and selecting technological solutions, participating in decomposition and estimating task effort.
• Supporting the development and testing teams during implementation and testing.
• Preparing and updating system and integration documentation.

Requirements

Requirements: Experience in independently conducting system or integration analyses for at least 3 years in an independent system analyst role. Ability to translate business needs into unambiguous requirements for technical teams. Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect. Knowledge of REST API and SOAP, including HTTP methods, request and response structures, and JSON and XML formats; practical knowledge of Swagger UI, Swagger Editor. Knowledge of OpenAPI and principles of creating and documenting API contracts. Practical skill in using tools such as: Postman, SoapUI, Kafka UI, or similar. Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous integrations and Apache Kafka. Knowledge of integration patterns and architectures. Ability to model processes using UML or BPMN. Knowledge of the basics of relational database design and SQL. Basic knowledge of Python, Java, C#, or another programming language. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services. Ability to analyze technical documentation, logs, and data flows. Higher education in IT or a related field. Independence, analytical thinking, accuracy, good work organization, and the ability to propose implementation variants. Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams. Nice to have: Experience in CRM projects, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Dataverse, campaign CRM. Knowledge of Azure API Management. Experience in projects implemented in the financial sector or other regulated environments. English language at a communicative level in speaking and writing.
