We are looking for someone to join our cohesive and energetic team who wants to grow in the area of IT research and gain experience in searching for IT specialists for Polish and international companies. We invite both graduates, people changing their career paths, people who have completed courses in recruitment or IT Recruiting, as well as candidates with their first experience in research or recruitment who want to develop their skills.

Daily tasks

• Searching for IT specialists using LinkedIn, candidate databases, and other sourcing tools.
• Establishing first contact with candidates and building relationships.
• Collaborating with the recruitment team in the implementation of recruitment projects.
• Updating and expanding the candidate database.
• Supporting the team in recruitments for one Big4 company 😊

Requirements

Who are we looking for? People interested in recruitment as well as the IT industry and new technologies. Communicative, well-organized people focused on development. People with the ability to organize their actions and act quickly in a fast path environment. People who can independently search for information and use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in their daily work. People who want to gain knowledge about IT profiles and develop sourcing skills. People with English language knowledge at a minimum B2 level. People ready to work full-time.
