Daily tasks
- Designing, tuning, and implementing advanced AI/ML models and GenAI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning.
- Building and optimizing MLOps/LLMOps processes using Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems.
- Integrating AI solutions with the new ecosystem of claims handling systems.
- Implementing advanced RAG solutions using Azure AI Search and working with the latest LLM models in Azure OpenAI.
- Participating in ensuring the compliance of AI solutions with AI Governance and AI Act requirements, including preparing technical documentation and monitoring models.
- Active cooperation with business and IT teams, presenting work results, and supporting the deployment and adoption of AI solutions.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the position of AI Engineer, AI Developer, or similar, including at least 1 year of experience in production deployments. Experience in designing and implementing solutions using generative artificial intelligence ( GenAI ), language models (LLM), AI agents, and orchestration of AI-based processes. Proficiency in Python . Practical experience in building and maintaining MLOps / LLMOps processes using Azure Machine Learning, MLflow , Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools. Experience working with LLM models, RAG solutions, prompt engineering techniques, and evaluating the quality of responses generated by AI models. Experience working with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, particularly services supporting the construction of AI and GenAI solutions. Experience in integrating AI solutions with business systems using REST API, asynchronous communication, and integration platforms. Practical knowledge of source code management tools, particularly Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub. Higher technical education (computer science, mathematics, science, engineering, or related fields). Proactive attitude, independence, and readiness to take responsibility for implemented solutions from concept to deployment. English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Nice to have :
Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements. Azure certifications: Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer (AI-102), AI Fundamentals (AI-900). Knowledge of the insurance industry and the specifics of business processes.
