SAP SD Consultant

• You are responsible for setting up new and optimizing existing processes within SAP SD, with an emphasis on efficiency and uniformity.
• You review and evaluate new SAP applications and functionalities that address concrete business use cases.
• You manage the rollout of the existing SAP template to new branches and countries, taking local needs into account within agreed standards.
• You work closely with business process owners and act as a functional bridge between business and IT.
• You participate in blueprint sessions and fit-gap analyses and build a thorough understanding of the underlying business processes and requirements.
• You translate business requirements into functional designs and are responsible for the configuration of the system.
• You draft functional and technical specifications, ensure correct documentation, and test the implemented functionalities.
• You support the business during acceptance testing and guide users during go-live moments.
• You take on a key role throughout all project phases, from initial analysis to final delivery.
• You work with recent SAP technologies and applications, including SAP S/4HANA.

• You have built up thorough knowledge of SAP SD and are familiar with sales and distribution processes within SAP.
• You possess a good understanding of business processes and know how to translate them smoothly into workable SAP solutions.
• You combine analytical thinking skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Your way of collaborating is characterized by an informal, no-nonsense style with room for dialogue.
• You work independently where necessary and coordinate smoothly with colleagues and other stakeholders.
• You feel drawn to a production or manufacturing environment.
• You are open to occasional travel within Europe.
• You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is considered an advantage.
