Finance Operations Executive
Your tasks
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations Executive to support daily finance and inventory operations in NetSuite.
The role covers AR/AP support, invoicing, inventory movements, delivery coordination, and related documentation for local and overseas shipments.
- Support AR/AP activities and maintain accurate finance records in NetSuite.
- Create invoices for products and bundled services.
- Update inventory movements in NetSuite for goods received, delivered, issued, or transferred.
- Process inventory transactions based on sales orders and completed deliveries.
- Support local and overseas delivery arrangements, including DDP shipments and related shipping documentation.
- Handle required shipment documentation and endorsements, including Chamber of Commerce certification where applicable.
- Maintain accurate customer/account, product/item, inventory, and transaction records in NetSuite.
- Reconcile and resolve finance, inventory, or transaction discrepancies.
- Support other day-to-day finance and operational matters where required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or related field with at least 2-3 years' experience
- Experience in finance administration, AR/AP support, inventory administration, order processing, or operations support.
- Experience using NetSuite or another ERP/accounting system.
- Comfortable handling finance and inventory transactions in an ERP system.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of invoicing, sales orders, deliveries, and inventory movements.
- Comfortable handling shipping and delivery documentation.
- Responsible, organized, and able to follow through on business-critical tasks.
Preferred
- Prior experience in inventory-based, hardware, telecom, logistics, distribution, or operations-heavy businesses.
- Experience handling AR/AP support, invoicing, sales orders, inventory movements, customer/account setup, or product/item setup in NetSuite.
- Exposure to overseas deliveries, DDP shipments, or Chamber of Commerce documentation is an advantage.pproval
