We are hiring a Desktop Publishing (DTP) Operator

📋 Role Overview
As our DTP Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production pipeline. You will transform design concepts into flawless, production-ready files, ensuring that color accuracy, structural packaging layouts, and print specifications perfectly align with our commercial printing standards.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Prepare print-ready layouts for diverse commercial print jobs and specialized packaging projects.
- Perform precise colour correction , image retouching, and CMYK profiling to ensure vibrant, accurate print outputs.
- Manage packaging dielines , bleeds, folds, margins, and structural formatting.
- Review and pre-flight final layouts carefully to eliminate formatting, structural, or typographical errors before production.
- Convert and optimize complex files across various digital formats for high-volume printing presses.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience : Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a DTP Operator, preferably within the commercial printing or packaging industry.
- Software Mastery : Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop .
- Technical Skills : Deep understanding of colour correction (RGB to CMYK conversion, dot gain, color profiles) , pre-press requirements, and structural packaging layouts.
- Traits : Sharp attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive under tight production deadlines.
