Graduate 2025 - Solution Engineer

Appfarm (appfarm.io) delivers tailored digital services using our own developed technology. Our innovative product, Appfarm Create, enables the development of advanced software with customized functionalities - all without writing a single line of code, using only a browser.

Your most important tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Development of complete web and mobile applications using Appfarm Create. This includes everything from solution design to development of data models, business logic, and user interfaces.
• Prototyping and experimental development with “fuzzy” specifications.
• Active collaboration with our customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Contributing to the professional and social development in our company, so that we can become one of Norway's most exciting workplaces.
• Contributing to strategic initiatives related to technology, product, and marketing.

We believe you will succeed in this role if:

• You are a problem solver who sees the big picture, but also understands the importance of details to create good solutions.
• You have the ability to understand commercial aspects and the challenges of end users.
• You may not have a developer background, but you have an analytical mind, good logical thinking, and an understanding of principles within software development. Experience with programming is an advantage.
• You are comfortable working with unclear specifications and realize that successful digital solutions are ultimately defined by the user experience.
• You have the ability to execute, are result-oriented, and thrive in a team with ambitious colleagues.
• You complete your education in 2025.
• You live in Norway/Eastern Norway or plan to move here.
• You are proficient in English and can communicate in a Scandinavian language.
