Logistics Technician (M/F)

Reporting to the shipping department, you will act as the single point of contact for Order Management and ITB organizations, from pre-booking to customer delivery.

Your main missions revolve around the following areas:

• Order flow processing and monitoring: Receive customer orders, lead weekly portfolio review meetings, exchange with flow managers, and respond to requests for provisional packing and transport quotations.
• Shipment management and preparation: Monitor orders (with factory FAT acceptance or visual inspection), issue and adapt shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing list, EX, EUR1, ATR, certificates of origin/insurance) according to international trade rules.
• Coordination and steering: Launch preparation processes, manage carrier requests, and coordinate actions with other centers and cross-functional teams (Upstream Supply Chain, Order Management).
• Performance monitoring (KPI MBD OTD PSD): Guarantee compliance with shipping/delivery dates (SSD/PSD), ensure daily monitoring of orders, and report causes of non-performance to implement action plans.

This position, based in MONTBONNOT SAINT MARTIN, is available for a 6-month mission.

The annual gross salary is negotiable based on your experience.

With a Bac +2 degree (International Trade, Logistics, or equivalent), you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Logistics, Sales Administration, or warehouse).

Required technical skills:

• Mastery of International Trade rules (Incoterms, export documents EUR1, ATR, etc.)
• Proficiency in the ORACLE information system and its interfaces (OTM, TRAX)
• Use of the CONEX information system and mastery of office tools (Word, Excel)
• Fluent/professional English is mandatory

Optional technical skills:

• Mastery of other foreign languages: Russian (strongly recommended), German, Spanish, or Italian
